• Prasad has been heading the operations of Bengaluru branch of the firm from its inception. Prior to joining Bathiya, Prasad’s Industry experience spread across Risk Advisory Team of Capgemini to Airline Accounting System Implementation team of Wipro.

• Prasad independently handles several corporate engagements out of the Bengaluru office of the firm and is pre-dominantly engaged in Assurance and Direct Tax matters. Prasad also represented before various statutory Authorities such as National Company Law Tribunal, Income Tax Commissionerate’s, Registrar of Companies etc.

• Prasad assisted many startup’s and foreign MNC’s to set up business units in Bengaluru and in obtaining various local licenses.
